Healthy Food

Low-carb pantry staples for real meals: konjac rice and noodles, organic matcha, allulose and ramen toppings with fiber and protein.

Why Healthy Food

01 · Konjac

Built on fiber

Our rice and noodles are made from konjac root, whose fiber, glucomannan, leaves very few digestible carbs per serving.

02 · Fiber & protein

Toppings that count

Our dried ramen toppings are a good source of fiber, with 3g per serving plus 4–5g of protein.

03 · Clean labels

Nothing to hide

No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. We call a product organic only when it is certified organic.

The konjac root

A fiber-first staple

Konjac is a root vegetable grown across East Asia. Its flour is mostly glucomannan, a soluble fiber that sets into a firm, neutral gel when mixed with water.

That gel becomes our rice and noodles: very low in calories and digestible carbs, and quick to cook. Rinse, heat and add your sauce.

We remove the root's natural earthy smell during processing, so the texture and flavor stay out of the way of your recipe.

Our food partners work to HACCP and BRC food-safety standards.
